Having been trained and utilised Systemic Couple and Family work, Internal Family Systems (L3), Expressive Arts Group Therapy, Soul Collage, Somatic Psychology, Systemic Ritual and Process Work, Emmalou contextualises these disciplines within the europatriarchal and dominant white supremacist, cis-het, ableist and imperialist logics they arose within and holds the highest essence of systemic, somatic and spiritual care they offer within transformative and reparative justice applications.
They do this within a commitment to Liberation Rooted Praxis across individual, couple / intimate partner / polucule, family, group and community liberatory, and trauma healing work.
With specialist focus upon developmental and maturation of attachment in accelerated technocratic and militarised times, complex PTSD and persistent pervasive systemic and racial trauma, shock trauma states, ancestral, cultural legacy entanglements, enmeshments and healing, GSRD, nature spirit somatic resonance, disability justice, tree mediations and Pleasure Activism.
Emmalou therapeutic offerings are rooted within abolitionist care infrastructure building, active hope and direct action and activism to support life affirming growth, and building networks of mutual aid and system change.

The models underpinning ENSOU support all people as channels towards personal and collective embodied liberation within lineages of:

Sessions can be taken in-person, online and in the case with some families and groups across hybrid participation; utilising creative, expressive, somatic and systemic modes of anti-oppressive, life affirming growth, in ecosystems of care.
With particular welcome to intersectionally identifying folks, neuro and gender expansive ways of being, and invitation to whatever access requests may be needed to support participation in ENSOU offerings.
