Using somatic, movement and creative systemic ritual practices, through three distinct phases, we support - with commitment to ongoing liberation, parts of ourselves carrying toxic cultural legacies and internalised cultural beliefs, born of:
  • heteronormative​
  • euro-patriarchal
  • neo-imperialist, supremacist 
  • ableist
  • Systemically oppressive norms and structures

This offering is a collective anti-oppressive praxis ground centering the embodied wisdom of embryological and ecological flows; from birth, growth, ageing, 'death', composting. regeneration and rebirth. Based in teachings and structure of the Stozzi Institute and Staci Haines Politics of Trauma we will explore and practice sovereignty, agency, choice, boundaries and self led living and loving in the world.

Through welcoming the physical, subtle energetic, sensory and spiritual bodies we support personal reclamation of the bodymind, psyche, spirit, soul. Embodying value aligned recalibration, and liberatory consciousness for collective freedom. Communing within ritual grief, rage, joy and flow state spaces as we travel together in ongoing commitment and liberatory growth.
