Using somatic, movement and creative systemic ritual practices, through three distinct phases, we support - with commitment to ongoing liberation, parts of ourselves carrying toxic cultural legacies and internalised cultural beliefs, born of:
  • heteronormative​
  • euro-patriarchal
  • neo-imperialist, supremacist 
  • ableist
  • Systemically oppressive norms and structures

These workshops are a collective anti-oppressive praxis ground centering the embodied wisdom of embryological and ecological flows; from birth, growth, ageing, 'death', composting. regeneration and rebirth.

Through a process of Notochordal Shift© we support personal reclamation of the bodymind, psyche, spirit, soul. Embodying value aligned recalibration, communing within ritual grief, rage, joy and flow state spaces as we travel together in ongoing commitment and liberatory growth.
