Workshop Cost | £60
If you have a stable/average income that affords some expenditure per month for small luxury items such as a take out meal, whilst still enabling you to meet your basic needs, this is the access point for you.

Workshop Supporter | £75
If you have financial assets and/or savings, identify as upper-middle or owning class, enjoy present (or past) financial stability affording you disposable income for meals out / holidays / time off, this is the access point for you.
~ Paying this rate supports the scholarship fund, allowing more people access to this offering.

Workshop Scholarship | £45
This Scholarship option is reserved for folks with low/state supported income and limited expendable income after meeting basic needs (rent and bills etc...), and specifically for folks holding protected intersectional identities who may have experienced discrimination or disadvantage in accessing opportunity and resource.

This series, combining Internal Family Systems, Somatic Movement Therapy and Soulcollage® is designed with trauma sensitive and transformative body-centred justice lineages at it's core, rooting small groups of participants in resourced connections that invite ongoing individual and community praxis.

In a dominant culture and society that upholds oppressive and extractive, toxic structures we come together to resist, rest and remember ourselves in community. Bringing attention to and honouring the known and unknown resources that are present within each and everyone of us - as well as summoning strength ancestral source energies that exist within our lineages and all around us in deep ecological connection - across, physical, soul and spirit planes.

These foundational four workshops support exploration and discovery within ecologies of abundance and mutual care. The workshops can be taken as a whole series or multiple stand alone workshops. They serve as openings to future series; expanding and deepening to meet more parts of yourself.

In each workshop we will open in reciprocity to our inner, outer and relational world to enrich connections with our human and more-than-human kin in powerful ease - finding the portals of resource within us, through:

Somatic Meditations | Inviting embodied exploration to connect with (S)elf, (S)ource and guide energies within the body and body-mind. Through the depth of somatic connection we will be supporting openings for the presencing of strength ancestral, ecological, elemental and animal spirit guides and source energies.

Soulcollage® | Choosing images from the parts of ourselves where resources are found and welcomed within the meditations, to express themselves - their gifts, roles, and qualities.

Written and Movement Exploration and Integration | We deepen into meeting these resourced aspects through written prompts and guided/free movement, opening to them as portals of resourced presence, antidote, alchemical resilience.

Welcoming optimal resourcing constellations and building secure attachment channels through movement, poetry, writing, voice and stillness. We will spend time in closing the series with each card and wider constellations - exploring and taking in the wisdom held within each connection and all that is stirred though that, embodying their gifts holistically through body systems and senses.
