Cancellation Policy 

Expressive Arts Therapy Workshops

Cancellations made more than 3 weeks before the date of the workshop date will be fully refunded, less £15 administration costs. Cancellations made up to 3 weeks before the start of the workshop cannot be refunded unless the place can be filled.

Sessional Therapy
​
Cancellation notice of 72 hours is required if a session cannot be attended. Session fees apply for cancellations after this time, and for missed sessions. Outstanding fees are expected to be paid within 7 days of the original session date.
