IFS nurtures an opening to 'self energy' - the expansive liminal container which brings us into compassionate connection with ourselves and a larger universal soul, essence. Within this space our inner ecology becomes, intimately accessible.

In trust, 'Parts' reveal themselves to our conscious bodymind - as emotions, sensations, energies, thoughts, beliefs, shapes, animals, figures, entities - in an embodied, visceral, sometimes visual way. Sharing with us the roles, wisdom and burdens they carry from experiences they've encountered; cultural, intergenerational and epigenetic embodied patterns of survival and struggle. 

Through a process of unburdening and integration, alchemical changes can occur within the body, mind, spirit, soul, through memory reconsolidation - crossing thresholds of change to bring relational transformation and 'self leadership'.
