Creative Connection®
Expressive Arts Therapy

Picture

Creative Connection® Expressive Arts Therapy welcomes all aspects and expressions of ourselves - of our multiple parts or 'selves', through connection with our deep intuition and often forgotten or untapped sources of perception and creativity using various forms of creative media.

This way of experiential expression invites an embodied journey through movement, writing, sound, sculpture and mark making - using clay, pastels, paint, voice, collage, movement, dance, instruments, words, symbols, silence, rhythm and stillness. Choosing to flow with whichever media provides resonance and holding for you in any particular moment.

This invitation into the soma and somatic experiencing of authentic expression, opens channels of understanding and integration deep within. Welcoming in the whole of ourselves, our senses and primal, deeply rooted ways of being, moving and expressing - outside of dominant western, euro-patriarchal, heteronormative paradigms and modes of ideology/dogma.

SoulCollage®

SoulCollage® invites individuation and integration through visual art. In externalising inner aspects of ourselves in SoulCollage® cards, with curious intention and compassionate holding, depth exploration of untapped resources and wisdom begins.

SoulCollage® opens opportunity to explore our inner constellations and assimilate them in service of reconnection, re-membering, reciprocity and resistance. Explored in its purest form, or in combination with IFS / PCEAT, SoulCollage® brings us into deeper connection with our inner world, in authenticity. Coming home to mutual connection, dignity, belonging and intentional action with the human and more than human world.
